📦 30-Day Return Policy
✅ To Qualify for a Return:
Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in resealable condition
You must request a return within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s tracking), and once confirmed you will have up to 30 days to return the item.
Return requests must include photo evidence of the item’s condition and packaging
You’ll need to provide proof of purchase
Return address will only be provided after your request is approved.
⚠️ Important Information:
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your item is damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that refunds cannot be issued based on subjective factors such as perceived image quality or personal aesthetic preference. We display sample images on the product page to accurately represent quality, and we encourage all customers to review these before making a purchase.
We cannot accept returns on the following:
Personalized or custom items
Opened or used electronic devices (including digital cameras), unless they are proven defective
Clearance or final-sale items
Gift cards
Electronics must be returned in their original condition. Items that have been taken apart, modified, or altered in any way — including hardware disassembly or software changes — are not eligible for return or refund.
🔁 Exchanges:
If you'd like a different item, please request a return for the original, and place a new order once it's accepted. We do not offer direct exchanges.
European Union Customers:
If your item was delivered to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

YOU MUST HAVE "RETURN" LABELLED IN THE HEADER (Failure to do so could lead to your request being missed, and subsequently not processed)
Your order number
Photos of the item in its original condition and packaging
A brief reason for the return
Our support team will review your request. If accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Do not send items back without authorization.
🕒 Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is received and approved. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Note: A small restocking fee may be deducted from approved refunds to cover handling and processing.

Nomad Xplore RetroQuest Limited Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
Nomad Xplore provides this Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) to the original end-user purchaser (“Customer”) of the Nomad Xplore Handheld Games Console (“Product”).
For a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”), Nomad Xplore warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the published instructions.
2. Remedy
If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Nomad Xplore will, at its sole option:

(a) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts;

(b) replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater functionality; or
-
(c) refund the original purchase price upon return of the Product.
Any repaired or replaced Product is covered only for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.
3. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:

Damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.

Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken plastic.
-
Normal wear and tear (including batteries, thumbsticks, or buttons).
-
Damage caused by use with non-Nomad Xplore products, accessories, software, or services.

Damage from unauthorized service, modification, or disassembly.
-
Products whose serial number or warranty label has been altered, defaced, or removed.
-
Software, downloadable content, or third-party services.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.

The Customer is responsible for shipping the Product (prepaid and properly packaged) to an authorized service location. Nomad Xplore is not liable for loss or damage during transit.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nomad Xplore’s total liability under this Warranty shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the Product.

In no event shall Nomad Xplore be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to use the Product.
6. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Consumers may have additional rights under applicable local law, which this Warranty does not affect.
