Please Note -  Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
Orders sent to the address submitted at checkout are considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

We take non-delivery issues seriously and will investigate all cases with our delivery partners, including Evri. Our process typically involves:

Verifying the delivery status via tracking.

Requesting delivery confirmation details (such as GPS scan, photo proof, or delivery notes).

Liaising directly with the courier to determine if the parcel is delayed, misrouted, or lost.

This process can take up to 5–7 business days. Once our investigation is complete:

If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.

If the parcel is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, we will review the case based on available evidence and may offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses nor addresses changed after purchase.
